A crunchy, healthy snack

And no, I’m not talking about raw vegetables 😉 I’m talking about roasted chick peas! (AKA garbanzo beans) I saw this on Good Eats with Alton Brown, and had to try it, here is the link!

What I love about this recipe is you can make a lot at once, and store it for a few weeks. They are crunchy, can be salty, and will satisfy your snack craving! Try changing it up a bit with the flavors–Add some rosemary or garlic, maybe chili powder?
